PHYSICAL FITNESS, BOOT CAMP, AND YOGA.
WE START WITH BODY WEIGHT AND BANDS FOR RESISTANCE TRAINING (LEARN TECHNIQUE AND SAFETY)
THEN MOVE INTO A BOOT CAMP WHERE WE DO HIGH PACED CIRCUIT TRAINING (BURN SOME ENERGY)
AND LAST, WE FINISH WITH YOGA (STRETCH AND RELAX)
$80/monthly for unlimited classes...
12 classes per week to chose from!
